Instructions for Using the Plant Tape Machine

In the past, farmers used to manually tie the stems and vines of plants such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and grapes onto the support frames with ropes, which was labor-intensive and inefficient. Traditional ropes such as twisted ropes and tear-resistant tapes could easily damage the tender stems and vines of the plants. With the plant tape machine, farmers can use plastic straps and a stapler to tie and bind the stems and vines of crops with a single hand motion. The plant tape machine has a sophisticated structure, a simple operation, a high working efficiency, and will not damage crops.

Advantages of the plant tape machine

For planters, farmers, fruit growers, and flower growers, tying and fixing branches and vines of their plants to support frames used to require manually tying and knotting with traditional nylon ropes and zip ties. The manual tying method is not only labor-intensive, inefficient, and time-consuming, but it can also harm the tender branches and vines of the plants, which will affect their growth. The plant tape machine has many incomparable advantages and has become an inevitable development trend of agricultural planting operations worldwide. Using a high-quality and handy plant tape machine can easily replace the work of four or five workers, greatly saving labor time and effort. The plant tape machine not only saves a lot of valuable time but also greatly reduces labor intensity. The tapetool tapener liberates planters from the heavy tasks of tying and fixing branches and vines, saves labor costs, and brings tangible benefits to planters. Therefore, it is of great social significance to promote the use of the plant tape machine among planters and farmers for increasing production and prosperity.

Instructions for using the plant tape machine

Loading staples

Hold the machine body with your left hand, press down the handle of the stapler with your right hand, and pull it back towards the rear. Pick up the staple, place it with the staple foot facing the slot, and then install the staple pin and push it forward until it clicks.

Open the strap box

Hold the machine body of the staples tapetool with your left hand, place your forefinger and middle finger of your right hand at the top of the strap box, and place your thumb on the top of the box. Apply force with two fingers and the thumb to open the box cover.

Install the strap

Open the strap box as described above, install the strap, and then close the box lid until the roll of strap is used up. Hold the machine body with your left hand, put the strap into the strap box with your right hand, gently pull out a section of the strap that protrudes from the slit on the top of the machine head for about one centimeter, so that the tying hook can bite the strap smoothly.

Pull out the strap

Apply appropriate force to press down the handle to make the tying hook bite the end of the strap. Note that when the tying hook bites the end of the strap, do not press down the handle with excessive force, otherwise, the tying hook will return to its original state and fail to bite the strap. Release the handle, and the strap will be pulled out. If the tying hook releases the strap when pressing the handle, it will not affect the operation of the plant tape machine. Press the handle again, and the tying hook will return to the state of biting the strap.

Bind the crop

Align the stem and vine of the plant from the outside to the inside of the required position. Then, press down the handle with force to pierce the strap with the stapler. Immediately release the handle. The strap will be cut, and the stem and vine of the plant will be bound by the binding strap due to the action of the stapler. Remove the top staple pin and remove the loaded staple with a small screwdriver.
